[Android] gradle groovy → kts 마이그레이션 템플릿

androidx처럼 자동 마이그레이션이 안돼서 수동으로 해야함 (첨엔 귀찮지만 바꾸고 나면 문법이 틀린곳을 빌드해보기 전에 IDE에서 미리 알려줘서 좋음)

1. setting.gradle → setting.gradle.kts로 이름 변경

2. build.gradle → build.gradle.kts로 이름 변경

app 모듈의 build.gradle
